At Shearer Portraits, we are committed to providing you with the highest quality images. Our policies are in place to ensure satisfaction while maintaining the integrity of our work.
Final Image Delivery
Edited Images Only: We deliver only professionally edited images, ensuring the quality and style that represents our brand. Raw, unedited images are not available for delivery.
Additional Edits
Per Image Rate: If you desire additional images beyond the initially agreed number, we can provide extra edited images starting at a rate of $40 per image.
Rights and Usage
Retention of Rights: Shearer Portraits retains the rights to all images and may use them for marketing and promotional purposes.
Exclusivity Option: Clients may negotiate rights for exclusive image use, removing the option for Shearer Portraits to use the images for marketing purposes. This must be arranged prior to the final agreement.
Client Satisfaction
Preview Selection: Clients will be provided with a secure online gallery to select their preferred images from a curated set.
Revision Policy: We offer a limited number of revisions on selected images to ensure they meet your expectations.
Turnaround Time
Standard Delivery: The standard turnaround time for the final edited images is 2 business days from the date of selection.
Expedited Service: Expedited editing and delivery services are available for an additional fee, subject to availability.
Archiving
Image Archiving: Final delivered images are archived for 6 months and can be retrieved upon request for a fee.
Booking and Cancellation
Deposit: A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking.
Cancellation Policy: Any cancellations must be made 7 days prior to the scheduled session to avoid a cancellation fee.
