The Day of the Photoshoot
Setup Location: We'll set up in your lobby, conference room, or hallway, which typically takes about 45 minutes.
Liaison Communication: We request a liaison from your team to communicate with employees, especially if there are changes in the schedule.
Lunch Requirement: For full-day shoots, we require lunch to be provided on site.
Hair and Makeup Assistance: If we have a hair and makeup assistant, they will work with each employee 10 minutes before and during their shoot.

Time with Each Employee: We take ample time with each employee to ensure they are satisfied with their photos.
Photo Preview: Each employee will get to preview their photos and confirm they have enough options before we move on to the next person.
After the Shoot
After the photoshoot, our team diligently works on the next steps to ensure a swift and satisfactory delivery of your photographs. Within 48 hours of the shoot, we provide contact sheets to our clients. These sheets typically contain about 20 shots per person, allowing for a wide range of choices. Once you have made your selections from these contact sheets, we move forward with the final editing process. We aim to deliver the first round of edited photographs within 72 hours of receiving your selections.
